We declare that your data will only be used for internal advertising purposes and will not be shared with third parties. If you participate in an auction conducted on behalf of a client, your data may be forwarded to that client. 3. Contact / Emails
Emails necessary for project processing are stored in the email program. These are automatically archived. Phone calls are documented in our customer management system when necessary.
No profiling of your data takes place!
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored for up to 3 years after unsubscribing from the newsletter for verification purposes. The email address is stored to prevent future newsletter sending until our business operations end.

We ensure that all data processing is transparent and clear. All processes comply with the privacy standards of “privacy by design” and “privacy by default.” We take technical, organizational, and contractual measures to ensure that current legal requirements are met. These measures meet the state of the art.
Separate data protection agreements are in place with each service provider.

If you believe that your data is being processed in violation of privacy laws, you can file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
You may withdraw your consent at any time in writing, without affecting the legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal. You may also request the deletion of your data unless there are legal retention obligations.
